Each local coalition reflects the unique priorities of its community while benefiting from shared training, research, technical assistance, and network support from the Institute. Future coalitions will adapt the Community Power Model to meet the needs of their own communities while remaining connected through the Community Power Network.

Duval County, Florida — serving as the proof-of-concept for the Community Power Model, demonstrating how local coalitions can drive clean energy transitions while building lasting civic capacity.
